Your First Body to Body Hour

A minute-by-minute honest account of what actually happens between the knock on the door and the goodbye, written for the guest who has never booked one before.

First bookings come with a specific flavour of nerves: not doubt about wanting the hour, but uncertainty about its mechanics. Who says what first? When does the ordinary part end? Here is the whole thing, told straight, so nothing surprises you but the good parts.

The knock. She is inside her arrival window and looks, frankly, like anyone stylish visiting a hotel, coat, tote bag, nothing that announces itself. The first two minutes are administrative and deliberately mundane: hellos, the rate settled as agreed, coats and awkwardness hung up together. Every woman on our roster handles this stretch kindly, because she has done it hundreds of times and remembers that you may not have.

The setting. Five quiet minutes while the room becomes hers: bed prepared with her own linens, lighting negotiated downward, oil set to warm. This is a good moment to shower if you have not, and she will say so without ceremony. Guests who fear the preparation eats the hour can relax, the clock is generous and the setting is part of the theatre anyway.

The ordinary opening. The session begins like a massage you have had before: her hands, your back, pressure you might get in any good spa. This is intentional. Shoulders that arrived guarding a whole day need a familiar dialect before they will listen to a new one. Give it ten minutes and you will feel the guard change shifts.

The turn. At some unannounced point the vocabulary widens, forearms where hands were, then the warm full length of her carried along the stroke, weight leaning instead of pressing. Nobody narrates it and nothing is asked of you. Your only actual job in the entire hour is to stop helping: let the bed hold your weight, let her move what she is moving, breathe on whatever schedule pleases you.

The middle distance. Time behaves badly here, in the best way. Most first-timers report the same sequence, a stretch of cataloguing every sensation, then a failure of the cataloguing, then a warm blank they could not put a duration to afterwards. That blank is the product. It is what the oil, the heat and the patience were all in service of.

The landing. The final minutes taper rather than stop; a session that ends abruptly was built wrong. Then water, an unhurried shower, and a goodbye with no bill to squint at, since everything was settled at the door when she arrived.

Advice for round one: book the signature body to body rather than the more technical gel, take ninety minutes if the evening allows, and tell us in the thread that it is your first. That last line changes the casting, some of our fifteen are especially good with beginnings, and we know exactly who.
