A roster of fifteen is small enough to read in full and large enough to make choosing feel like a real decision. Guests handle it in two ways. Some look at the portraits, feel a pull toward one frame and book her by name; that instinct is usually sound and we encourage it. Others want to understand the differences before committing, particularly on a first visit or when the evening has a specific shape. This guide is for the second group. It explains how to choose a body to body therapist from our wall step by step, using facts from each woman's card and observations from the booking thread, and it ends with sample shortlists you can borrow. Everything here refers to the current roster of fifteen portraits, which you may want open in another tab.
Step one: start from the session you want
Every woman on the roster gives the signature body to body session. The other formats are more selective, so if you already know you want gel, lather or a pair, begin there and the field narrows immediately.
- Nuru gel (eleven women): the deep-evening names Bianka, Karolina, Lucie and Nora, plus Angelika, Danielle, Jasmin, Lea, Liana, Milena and Molly. For a first time with the gel, Bianka and Karolina are the two we suggest first.
- Soapy (eleven women): the slow quartet of Cindy, Laura, Luna and Violetta, together with Angelika, Danielle, Jasmin, Lea, Liana, Milena and Molly.
- Four hands (seven women): Danielle, Lea and Milena, joined by Bianka, Karolina, Lucie and Nora. The standing pairs are Milena with Nora and Danielle with Lea.
- The slow sensual series: every woman gives it, but Cindy, Laura and Luna define it.
Seven women give both gel and lather, and they are easiest to remember as two groups: Angelika, Jasmin, Liana and Molly, then Danielle, Lea and Milena. If you think you may want to mix formats in a two-hour booking, those seven keep every option open. The nuru session page explains what the gel format involves if you are still deciding.
Step two: narrow by language
All fifteen women speak English, so language is never a barrier. It is, however, a surprisingly strong comfort, especially in the first ten minutes when conversation does most of the work of settling the room.
- Dutch: Cindy and Lucie.
- French: Danielle and Lucie.
- German: Jasmin.
- Italian: Laura and Liana.
- Spanish: Luna.
- Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Serbian, Danish, Ukrainian: Karolina, Lea, Bianka, Liana, Milena, Nora, and Angelika or Violetta, respectively.
- Native English: Molly, who is Irish.
Lucie, who is Belgian, is the most versatile talker on the wall with French, Dutch and English, and Liana also covers three languages with Romanian, Italian and English.
Step three: look, height and age, useful but last
Appearance is what a portrait shows first, so it is natural to begin there. We suggest using it third, as a tiebreaker, because it predicts how a woman looks rather than how the session feels. For the record, and plainly:
- Blonde: five women, Bianka, Cindy, Jasmin, Nora and Violetta.
- Black hair: Angelika, Danielle and Milena.
- Brunette: Karolina, Laura, Liana, Lucie, Luna and Molly.
- Redhead: Lea, the only one on the roster.
Heights range from 165 cm, Lea, to 175 cm, Milena. The tallest group also includes Cindy and Violetta at 174 and Karolina and Nora at 172, while Jasmin and Molly are the most petite at 166. Ages sit between 23 and 27: Jasmin and Luna are the youngest, Danielle and Liana the eldest. A guest who wants a tall blonde can go straight to Cindy, Violetta or Nora; a guest drawn to dark hair and a soapy session has Angelika, Danielle and Milena to compare. Our portrait of Lea, the roster's redhead is the quickest example of a woman easily requested by description alone.
Step four: let geography break a tie
Every woman reaches central Amsterdam in twenty to thirty minutes, so distance never disqualifies anyone. When two names appeal equally, though, the nearer one usually arrives a little sooner, and on a busy night that can be the difference between an immediate yes and a short wait.
- Centrum: Bianka, Lucie, Molly and Violetta.
- Jordaan: Danielle and Lea.
- De Pijp: Angelika and Luna.
- Oud-Zuid: Cindy and Nora.
- Dam Square: Milena.
- Leidseplein: Jasmin.
- Rembrandtplein: Liana.
- Vondelpark: Laura.
- Zuidas: Karolina.
For a hotel on the canal ring, the Centrum four and Milena are closest. For a Zuidas business tower, Karolina is nearly next door. For an apartment in De Pijp, Angelika and Luna live around the corner.
Step five: match the temperament to the evening
This is the step portraits cannot perform for you, and the one where our notes are most useful. Think about what the evening needs, then find the group that fits.
- A long, slow evening to unwind: Cindy, Laura and Luna, whose sessions stretch time deliberately. Violetta shares their unhurried approach and their willingness to start late.
- A structured session with a clear shape: Angelika, Jasmin, Liana and Molly, all conventionally trained, all fond of the ninety-minute format.
- A long session in the deep evening: Bianka, Karolina, Lucie and Nora, who give the session as one continuous arc and are most requested after ten.
- A quick booking tonight, and someone guests tend to rebook: Danielle, Lea and Milena, based close to the centre and known for sessions that get remembered.
- After midnight: Cindy, Laura, Luna and Violetta, all four of whom take late requests without hesitation.
Choosing a body to body therapist for a longer booking
Two hours, three hours or a whole night change the question slightly. Over a single hour almost any sensible match works, because the session ends before small differences in style have time to show. Over a long booking, temperament becomes most of the story.
- Ninety minutes to two hours with a clear arc: the conventionally trained four, Angelika, Jasmin, Liana and Molly, who build a session in chapters and like having the time to do it.
- Two hours or more that should feel like one movement: the deep-evening four, Bianka, Karolina, Lucie and Nora, whose style hides the seams between phases.
- An overnight that should end in sleep: the slow four, Cindy, Laura, Luna and Violetta, who are comfortable letting a session fade into quiet with the lamp switched off.
- A long booking that mixes oil with gel or lather: one of the seven who give both, since a change of texture halfway through keeps three hours from settling into routine.
For the eight-hour overnight, think about conversation as well. You will talk more across a night than across an hour, so a shared first language, or simply an easy talker in English, counts for more here than hair colour.
What a portrait page can and cannot tell you
Each woman's page carries the plain facts, age, nationality, height, languages and home district, a short caption written from our own notes, and between three and seven photographs. Every image was taken by us, of the woman herself, so what you see is what arrives at your door. What a page cannot show is how she talks, how quickly she settles a nervous guest, or how her weight feels on your back forty minutes in. That is what the thread is for. Ask about any woman and the answer will be a candid line or two from people who know her work, including the occasions when we think another name suits your evening better.
Five sample shortlists
To show how the steps combine, here are real shortlists we have sent in the thread for common requests.
- A French speaker at a Jordaan hotel who wants oil and lather: Danielle first, since she is local, speaks French and gives soapy. Lucie is the alternative if oil alone is enough, because she does not give the lather session.
- A late business guest at Zuidas trying nuru for the first time: Karolina, then Bianka.
- A tall blonde, slow session after midnight: Cindy or Violetta, with Nora as the option if the gel appeals more than oil.
- A first booking, nervous, staying near the Vondelpark: Laura, whose pace and location both suit.
- A birthday booking for two women, one dark and one fair: Milena and Nora, the standing pair.
When your favourite is not free
Popular names are sometimes booked, especially between nine and midnight. When that happens, the closest substitute is a woman who shares both her session menu and her temperament. Danielle and Lea mirror each other closely, same district, same formats, same warm rhythm. Bianka, Karolina, Lucie and Nora share an identical menu and a similar deep-evening style. Cindy, Laura, Luna and Violetta form another matching set, and so do Angelika, Jasmin, Liana and Molly. Tell us who you wanted and what drew you to her, and we will suggest the nearest match rather than simply the next free name. You can also browse a woman like Milena, the tallest on the wall, and ask whether anyone similar is available that night.
How to ask us for help
If none of the steps above produces a clear choice, skip them and describe the evening. A single paragraph is plenty: where you are staying, when, for how long, and whatever matters to you, pace, language, look, format, conversation or quiet. We know each woman well, because each was met and photographed by us, and casting is the part of the work we enjoy most. The reply will contain one or two names with a line on why each suits, and who is actually free at your hour. Nothing is committed until you confirm, and nothing is paid until she is at your door. The booking guide covers the practical steps from there.
